I am pleased to work in a factory that has one of the most modern edible oil filling stations in Serbia and the Balkans. We have good communication during the shift, and with superiors. We work on state-of-the-art mass production machines where human error is reduced to a minimum. I am pleased with my wage and working conditions, as well as with the regularity with which wages and all other earnings are paid.

Victoriaoil also cares about its employees in other areas, i.e., we received a supplementary health insurance card, we go for regular checkups at the firm's expense, and, even if it is rare for a worker to become ill or end up in hospital due to a disease, the firm is ready to provide financial help for treatment, which has happened to me personally. Victoriaoil also sends its workers to spas, and gladly awards high work performance. The firm also rewards the happiest event for every person, the birth of a child, and thus encourages workers to start their own families.
