Victoria Group at the 4th Conference of Agricultural Students

Victoria Group supported the fourth Conference of Agricultural Students on the topic “Perspective and Development of Agriculture in Serbia in the Next Decade”, which was held from April 22 - April 26 on Zlatibor Mountain. The conference gathered more than 400 students from agricultural faculties and universities, both from the country and the region, with the aim of presenting the students with innovations in the area of agriculture, as well as the current status of agriculture in Serbia.

Some of the topics discussed at this scientific gathering were the importance of the processing industry in the organization of sunflower production, the production and refinement of plant products, machinery development in Serbian agriculture, etc. The lectures were held by representatives of the Ministry for Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the Institute for the Application of Science in Agriculture, professors from the Faculty of Agriculture, as well as representatives of companies from agribusiness.

Marija Tatarević, HR manager in Victoria Group, presented the company to the students and Mirjana Grujić, Monitoring and Quality Control Manager at Victoria Logistic, one of the members of Victoria Group, held a presentation on the topic “Quality Standards and their Significance for Agricultural Development”, giving detailed explanations about the quality system, traceability principle, and benefits of the international standards adopted by the members of Victoria Group.
